My partner and I recently completed a renovation project on a 3 house in South Hedland, Pilbara WA.  I was then tasked to find a suitable agency to lease and manage the property on our behalf.

My first encounter with the  Property Shop  was a phone call with Jemma Lions – Senior Property Manager. Her professionalism , ability to relay detailed information and her prompt email response with follow up information was  impressive.

The process from signing documents to viewing and listing our  property was made simple and we were given the option of 2 suitable tenants within 24 hours of listing.

To date we have had one maintenance issue which was dealt with by Jemma by contacting the  supplier directly under warrantee and a recent tenant inspection report confirms that the property is being well looked after.

Having leased rental properties via other agencies in  WA, it is a welcome relief to feel confident that our South Hedland house is in good hands.

Since taking over managing my property Jemma Lions has the skills to chase up my requests for improving and upgrading my property.
