I started at the agency in 2018, in the receptionist role, fascinated by the day to day of property management role, I completed my registration and moved into a role as Assistant Property Manager, with a focus on customer service and problem solving, I quickly moved on to manage my own portfolio of properties and eventually taking on the role of senior property manager, managing all our properties and being supported by one assistant and an inspections officer, while growing the department.

In 2026, the Property Management department is now thriving, with a team of 5 working alongside myself, who have the same focus, goals and drive as I do which makes our team one to watch.

As of June 2026 I have stepped into the role of Head of Asset Management, overseeing the entire residential department while managing a small portfolio of residential and simultaneously, our entire Commercial portfolio.

Working at Hedland Property Shop has given me a lot of opportunities that I am so grateful for. Real Estate is an ever changing, sometimes crazy career and the property management side of it offers me the chance to form relationships and build rapport with our owners and tenants, whether it's ensuring their investment is performing or keeping tenants in homes they can settle into. I have always worked in retail and administration positions where I've dealt with the public, and dealing with different people every day within Real Estate is one of my favourite parts about the job.

Outside of work, I have a busy home life, raising 5 kids with my partner, Scott. With my green thumb and plant obsession, home and work are filled with plants to break up the Pilbara red.

The thing I love most about working at Hedland Property Shop is the growth available within the agency and industry. The market in Hedland is like nothing we see anywhere else and the town itself has the best community of people you will find. I am lucky enough to work with amazing people who are all proud to be part of this amazing community.
