What constitutes an "Emergency"
- No power – contact Horizon 13 23 51 and check their website for outages - https://www.horizonpower.com.au/, check your meter to ensure it is connected, check your switchboard to ensure all RCDs are turned on
- No water, Burst Water Pipes - contact Watercorp 13 13 75 and check online for any outages - https://www.watercorporation.com.au/ , check you meter is not turned off, isolate the leak where possible
- Hot Water system/ No hot water – ensure your gas bottle is not empty if you have a gas HWS. If electric check the switchboard to ensure all RCDs are on
- Blocked Toilet/drain/sewage overflow
- Gas Leak
- Serious Roof Leak
- Dangerous Electrical Fault
- Storm or Fire Damage
- Flooding
- Window / Glass Breakage (security risk only)
- Ducted Air-con not working in summer
- Property Break in- please ensure this is reported to the police as soon as possible, you should have a report number when you are calling our team
- In the event of a cyclone, for any major issues call SES on 9140 1300 or refer to the cyclone procedures attached to your lease
What does NOT constitute an "Emergency"
- Locking yourself out of your property- LOCKSMITHS ARE AVAILABLE
- Scheduled Power outage – contact your provider first: Horizon Power – CHECK WEBSITE https://www.horizonpower.com.au/
- Slow leaking tap
- Split system air-conditioning not working unless all of them failed – check the remote is not flat, the isolator switch on the outdoor unit is not turned off (turn it off and back on to reset), RCD is not turned off
- Reticulation leak – turn off and water manually
- All other non-urgent repairs
