My property manager, Leah Taylor, did a brilliant job at securing my current tenant last year, so the yard was only vacant for 1 month. She has a good understanding of the local market and although we had the option of 2 tenants, Leah guided me with my choice.
Leah always responds quickly to my emails, even when she is on holiday! Any maintenance issues are quickly sorted. We correspond mainly by email, but she will always call me if something needs a quick response.
I find Leah to be professional, friendly and extremely competent. I am more than happy to recommend her as a property manager.
